How do credits work?
Each operation costs credits based on quality: a 1K render is 5, 2K is 10, 4K is 20. Refinement is 8, enhance is 12, virtual staging 10, and a video walkthrough is 40. Subscriptions refill monthly; credit packs never expire.
Can I use renders commercially?
Yes. On Pro and Studio plans you receive a full commercial license to use every render in proposals, listings and marketing. You own your outputs.
What can I upload?
Sketches, hand drawings, SketchUp/Revit/3D model exports, floor plans, or real photos. threedimensions works from any of them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Manage or cancel your subscription from billing settings at any time — you keep credits already in your balance.
