Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of threedimensions (“threedimensions”, “we”, “us”), an AI architectural rendering service operated under the domain threedimensions.studio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

threedimensions provides AI-assisted generation, refinement, enhancement, staging and animation of architectural visuals (“Renders”) from inputs you upload (“Inputs”). The service is provided on a credit basis. Features and credit costs may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We use Google sign-in via Supabase for authentication.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your Inputs. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload them and that they do not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights. You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs solely to provide the service.

4. Ownership of Renders

Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, you own the Renders you generate. Paid plans (Pro and Studio) include a commercial license to use Renders in proposals, listings and marketing. Because outputs are produced by generative models, we make no guarantee that any Render is free of similarity to other works.

5. Credits & payment

Credits are consumed per operation. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated; one-off credit packs do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you agree to Stripe’s terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use threedimensions to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to reverse engineer the service, to resell access without authorization, or to upload content you do not have the rights to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Service availability

The service is provided “as is.” We rely on third-party model providers and may experience interruptions, queue delays or quality variation. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, threedimensions will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
