This Privacy Policy explains how threedimensions (“we”, “us”), operating at threedimensions.studio, collects, uses and protects your information when you use our AI architectural rendering service.

1. Information we collect

Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile image via Supabase authentication. Content: the images and prompts you upload and the Renders you generate. Billing data: processed by Stripe — we store a customer reference and plan, not your full card details. Usage data: basic logs and analytics to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process renders, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account.

3. AI processing

To generate Renders we send your Inputs and prompts to third-party model providers (such as our rendering infrastructure partner) strictly to produce your output. We do not sell your content.

4. Storage & security

Account data and render metadata are stored in Supabase; image and video files are stored in Supabase Storage. We apply row-level security so you can only access your own data, and use industry-standard safeguards.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, authentication, payments, model inference) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete projects and renders at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.
